Meet Martinho: Your EV Expert
With a career rooted in exceptional customer service, Martinho Da Silva spent years managing teams in high-end hospitality across Europe — from seasonal hotspots to Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury hotels in Oslo. It was in Norway, the world’s leader in EV adoption, where his path took a new direction.
Martinho joined one of the most innovative electric vehicle pioneers — rising from Service Advisor to Regional Supervisor, responsible for a third of Norway, including Oslo. There, he led remote diagnostics and customer support teams, gaining a deep, hands-on understanding of the EV landscape while witnessing first-hand how a small start-up reshaped the global auto industry.
Driven by a passion for sustainability, innovation, and people, Martinho founded Evolution — a concept store designed to make pre-owned electric vehicles accessible, trustworthy, and approachable.
